Dr. Lisa, is the founder of The Sankofa Collective, unites Christians committed to exploring the intricacies of racial justice through a gospel lens.
She also serve as a trustees for Churches Together in England (CTE), and is one of the Impact (young adult ministry) leaders at Trinity Baptist Church in Croydon..
As a presenter on TBN UK an international speaker, she passionately shares her insights, inspiring audiences globally. Join her in this vital conversation and discover how faith can guide us toward justice.
Dr. Lisa was recently married to Bejoy, the love of her life.

Minister Shermara Hoyte is The Principal Officer for Pentecostal, Charismatic & Multi-Cultural Relations at Churches Together in England (CTE)
Minister Shermara Hoyte is the Principal Officer at Churches Together in England for Pentecostal, Charismatic and Multicultural Relations. She also has responsibility for racial justice and young national adult ecumenical engagement. A dedicated minister and international speaker, Shermara is committed to fostering holistic and flourishing lives. Her leadership was notably highlighted when she read before a global audience of 4.1 billion at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral on September 19, 2022.
Shermara’ s expertise and passion has led to her speaking across nations and on platforms like BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 4, BBC World News, Talk TV, The God Channel, TBN, UBC Radio, and Premier Radio. She is also a writer, contributing to works such as "Young, Woke, and Christian," "Coming Home: Christian Perspectives on Housing,","Black, Christian, and Single." and “Anglicans and Pentecostals in dialogue” and Lived Mission in 21st Century Britain.
Shermara is also a global WFWP Ambassador for World Peace and is committed to enabling both systems and people to flourish.
