We have recently been commissioned by the London Fire Brigade (LFB) to work alongside its Top Management Group (TMG) - Assistant Commissioners / Deputy Assistant Commissioners and Senior Leaders - to embed strategic Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) practices within systems, across cultures, and in organisation- wide leadership practices adopting 1-21-1 coaching methodologies.
We were approached by Tearfund, an International Development Agency, to serve as External Strategic Consultants to the African & Caribbean Engagement (A.C.E) Team. Our initial remit was to assist with the delivering of a number of strategic priorities around a brand extension and engagement with highly skilled / high impact individuals to serve on a strategic advisory board. having delivered successfully against those objective, we are now working in a wider strategic capacity to engage influencers and opinion formers.
We are currently leading an organisation-wide review of structural / institutional racism at Premier Christian Radio - the UK's only commercial Christian Radio Station. The review covers every aspect of the organisation including Governance, Executive Leadership, Management Functions, Polices / Practices, and accountability around inclusion.
