We have a longstanding relationships with faith communities across the United kingdom and have developed ways of working that honour the unique requirements and sensitivities of this sector. We have had the privilege to serve in various capacities including speaking at public worship services, conferences, leadership training days, formulating strategy around social issues, facilitation, consultancy (assisting Churches to review their focus, resources, strategic direction and impact), speaking into and advising on ecumenical matters, developing strategic partnerships, people management and leadership development and more.

Undoubtedly one of the greatest presentations we have had in the past twelve years of these forums (National Emerging Leaders Summit). David Shosanya's material was well prepared, well presented and through his transparency, he touched the hearts and minds of all who heard him. One of those presentations you just wanted more of!"

Our leadership team away weekend is a key part of our strategic time for planning, but it is also an extremely valuable time of reflection and team building activity with dialogue. We were therefore overwhelmed by the phenomenal presentations brought by David Shosanya as our guest speaker who skilfully helped to guide us through all our agreed objectives. It was a brilliant leadership weekend away. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His vast and eclectic leadership experience coupled together with his rich knowledge and relatable presentation style will both be an invaluable source of information and leave your team full of inspiration.

David Shosanya delivered an inspiring presentation to address the issue of personal wellbeing in relation to work/life balance at our regional leaders training day exploring the theme of  “Leading Without Loosing it”. The information presented was spiritually challenging, serious, thought provoking, but delivered with great humour and passion, which left everyone inspired, reflective and ready to address change in this area.

For the past 5 years David Shosanya has been one of the facilitators on our Mentor Leadership Programme (MLP), leading the session on Authentic Leadership. The sessions have been thought provoking and engaging as David in his unique and engaging style shares his in-depth knowledge on being a transparent and confident leader. What stands out with David Shosanya is his pastoral approach and mentoring of other leaders who attend the MLP. Over the years feedback from course participants has been overwhelmingly positive. We look forward to our continued working relationship with David as a facilitator on the Chrisma Mentor Leadership Programme.

David led a half-day leadership workshop for my church leaders and section workers that was brilliant. Totalling engaging, relevant, reflective and delivered with wisdom, insight and a touch of humour. He has a wealth of material to introduce and comprehensive handouts to go deeper. Thank you so much for an inspiring and team-building learning experience”

Pastor Kevin Vickers, Senior Minister, All Nations Revival Church, Mitcham

David Shosanya was the keynote speaker at our recent men’s network event, which was a great success. He spoke on the subject of masculinity, vulnerability and authenticity. David gave a powerful, insightful and enlightening presentation, which challenged our thinking and informed our perspective. We all left the meeting uplifted and hungry to hear more. David is a gifted and effective communicator and we are all looking forward to our next session with him. We are now planning a mini series of sessions with David.

If you are looking for a speaker, trainer or presenter for your next event, you need look no further than David Shosanya.
